Welcome to Narvita. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially the health disclaimer and the community rules.
You must be 13 or older to use Narvita. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with a parent or guardian's permission.
Narvita provides general, source-checked educational information and cycle estimates. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for a qualified clinician. Predictions are estimates and may be wrong. For any medical concern — and in an emergency — contact a healthcare professional or your local emergency services. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the app.
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Provide accurate information. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account, which erases your data.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content. Narvita includes community features (suggesting facts, submitting quotes, answering weekly prompts). By submitting content, you agree that you will not post anything that is harmful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, misleading, medically dangerous, unlawful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
We review submissions before they appear, and we may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion. You can report content and block other contributors in the app; reports are reviewed and acted on. We aim to act on valid reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.
You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant Narvita a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, publish, and display it within the app (with your first name only, if published). Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.
Narvita is free. An optional Premium subscription unlocks deeper insights and early access. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed (and cancelled) in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, scraping, disrupting the service, or using it to harm others. We may suspend access for violations.
Narvita is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Narvita is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; we'll revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Narvita means you accept the updated terms.
